(Couldn't think of a good name for this combo, so I just went with the first letter of each card's name.) Basically you cast Enduring Renewal after you have Soul Warden and Blood Pet in play. You sacrifice Blood Pet to add one black mana to your mana pool, Enduring renewal triggers and returns it to your hand when it hits the graveyard. Then cast the Pet with the black mana and gain a life.Repeat till your life total is at an unreasonable number.

You can also use Skirk Prospector instead of/in addition to Blood Pet.

No just Phage. The avatar is just a phase since the 30+ digit numbers I found out that I can reach with my life and her power and toughness. But Phage is my true love... even though I found out she was with that old fart, the Cabal Patriarch :`(
But it's ok I forgive her :P

if you use the prospector, you can use Hissing Iguanar without adding a color. The iguanar means that when it dies, it deals 1 damage. 1 damage and 1 life every time, infinite times.
