much easier to attain with mana ramp stuff like sol ring, mana vault etc...

also with stuff to let you search for the cards, stuff like planar portal, ring of three wishes, skyship weatherlight

Couldn't you just use guilty conscience and pariah or pariahs shield

stuffy doll + guilty conscience = a draw, because it is a loop that consosts of mandatory actions, repeating with no way to stop it, but if there was a optional way to stop it, then it would be a win (instants and sacrifice do not count, as the mandatory actions are already on the stack multiple times (possibly billions? ) before another mana can be drawn or a card can be played (to my knowledge)

104.4. There are several ways for the game to be a draw.

104.4a If all the players remaining in a game lose simultaneously, the game is a draw.

104.4b If a game that‘s not using the limited range of influence option (including a two-player
game) somehow enters a ―loop‖ of mandatory actions, repeating a sequence of events with no
way to stop, the game is a draw. Loops that contain an optional action don‘t result in a draw.

104.4c An effect may state that the game is a draw

guilty conscience and stuffy is a mandatory loop however its not a draw. since both abilitys are triggered. State based effects are checked each time one of them goes on the stack. Evidently the SBE's will see one opponent at 0 life and end the game at that point.
