kind of a simple way to use the butcher compared to some of the other impressive combos on here but here goes...
start with the rockslide elemental in play then remove him with the butcher. Play Blasphemous act to clear the board and bring the Rockslide elemental back with a load of +1/+1 tokens and an open field.
At least that's how I think it should work

Unfortunately, the Elemental remains exiled until the Butcher is off the field. Which means it and everything else is already dead. The elemental only gets counters when something dies while its on the field.

so if i did this at least i would have a guy who possibly has a few tokens when i exiled him. shame that.

ive seen strategies like this before, more along the lines of o-ring my thing, then planar cleansing
