With all of these cards on the battlefield pay 1 to put out a pentivite from pentavus.this pentivite triggers pandemonium,mana echoes, and cathar`s crusade. Stack these triggers so that pandemonium deals 2 damage to pentavus. This damage is replaced with counters from vigor,and you now have 1 mana sitting in your pool.
Repeat as much as desired.
Add soul warden for infinite life

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you don't need Pandemonium or Vigor do you? Cathar's Crusade will replace the +1/+1 counter on Pentavus and Mana Echoes will give you infinite mana after you make 2 Pentavites. I GUESS you could use Pandemonium to deal infinite damage, but you have infinite tokens already, so you basically win regardless.

You are right, pandemonium and vigor are more like icing instead of the cake
