Get Hive Mind, Proteus Staff, and Blood Funnel onto the field, Gather Specimens in your hand, and Phage somewhere in your deck (not your hand, graveyard, or battlefield).

Cast Gather Specimens for its reduced cost, opting not to sacrifice for the Blood Funnel trigger. This will counter your copy.

Hive Mind will copy it to each opponent. When this resolves, it will make it so every creature that would enter the field under your control lands under someone else's instead.
Then activate Proteus Staff, flipping from your deck until you reveal Phage.
Once Phage hits their field, which ever opponent that got stuck with her loses, since she wasn't cast from their hand.
In a commander game, as I recall, this causes her to revert to your control, without the pesky loss trigger.
